Great interview. I didn’t know about all this. So glad to see good people being good people.
You really have to wonder how these people are so tone-deaf about why everybody eventually despises them. This woman has no real interest in becomming a member, she just thinks her Jewishness give her some kind of moral superiority.
This reminds me of an incident more than 20 years ago. Some print shop in the south made up some T-shirts for a festival of some kind that said “Civil rights for southern whites”. One guess as to who tried to make a federal case out of it. If you guessed Jewish woman who moved from LA to that part of the south, you win the prize. None of the blacks cared.
