Old Christmas music from the Church. Medieval and Renaissance music that’s actually celebrating the birth of Christ. You’re right, Orthodox is better. But even the royal courts from 1300-1750. They weren’t all bad such as Princess Dianna, Anne Boleyn, Lady Margaret Pole Plantagenet, Elizabeth Tudor 1st, Mary Stuart Valois Queen of Scots. The modern English royalty aren’t Plantagenets, Tudors, or Stuarts. They are Windsors, Hapsburgs from Southern Germany, Transylvania. They are only remotely related to old royalty.
It’s a bit late for this year, but try Bach’s Christmas Oratorio for something genuinely festive and devout at the same time. Bach was a true Christian who followed the Lutheran faith of his society.
Breath of fresh air! Follow the money back to 1897 ish. It’s quite alarming. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. Cheers and Happy New Year!!

You’re so funny. Jubilant LoL
For other traditional options, have a look at SSPX for real Latin Mass, or FSSP for a lighter weight version of SSPX.
